Being admin is more of a trust issue then anything else. Being the best coder in the world, wont get you an admin job if you arnt trusted. But someone who cant code, can get an admin job if they are trusted. If the 'shit hits the fan' in any number of ways, the admin who gets on first solves it. If theres 4 admins, they have 4 times the chance of catching it earlier then 1 admin does. Not to mention admins are the ones who will dish out their real life money and time to the site or whatever. Generally admins are the ones that actully care about the project/site/forum and they care about the community and they understand it and want it to prosper. Chruser knows I care for zel, I wouldent be admin if I diddnt. Although I am a bit inactive lately, I am waiting for a project or something coming up, maybe something to do with building the site more or the portal or something. There is still work going on behind the scenes to improve zelaron that most of you have no idea about. Everything from themes, bug fixing, feature additions, php coding, designs, researching and so on. A lot of the smaller things admins do are unnoticed, maybe wetwired makes a small code change in the theme, or titus updates a rules thread to change some words around or something.

Also I dont think anyone has a right to complain unless they are helping the community. Just by being here and posting dosent give you an excuse to complain, unless your working, making threads that help new members, or doing something usefull, then you need to shutup. People shouldent bitch about stuff not being done when they are not willing to help themselvs. If you were smart and cared about zelaron, and you really thought more needed to be done, youd do it the smart way, and apply for a mod spot and do all you can to help. Climb up the ladder of promotion and you can help make zelaron better.
