Then don't just talk to the administrators on the board. Talk to any of the staff members. My PM box hasn't exactly being overflowing with help and ideas to improve the forum. Send me a couple. Send anyone a couple of ideas. And if they are even reasonably valid, I will bring them up in the ad-mod forum. Though you can already access it, its always good to have more onboard.
