eh, my brother is only 15, and he started benching in our very own home, without a bench, we couldnt afford one, so i made a little cot on the floor, he got his bar out, his weights, and i spotted him... just like that

now we have a bench, but he put it together shittily , so any sudden movements and it will fall and crash to your death, luckily i stopped benching, becuase i found out my brother was trying to hide the fact he cant put benches together, so if i lift the seat up, the WHOLE thing falls apart(serious)
