Naw, he'd be just fine to control. They could just make his double jump a large burst from his pack. He'd be no different from Kirby or Yoshi, they've both got INSANE double jumps, but no real triple jump. It would be the same for J-Bomb. They'd have to throw his stomp move in for Down+B or Down+A. And they could come up with some cooler shit for him to have that he didn't have in BC. Just look at Ness. He didn't have PSI Fire, Thunder or Magnet in EarthBound, and those are three of his moves.
