Even with physical it kinda come to the same thing. If someone is happy to be fucken disabled they should be shot.

Go see anyone that lost their legs and ask them what they wouldnt do to get them back even for a day! Ask anyone that is visualy impaired if they enjoy being impaired! Ask if a blind would is happy to be blind and would like to see. Ask someone dying if he is happy to die and wouldnt prefer to live. Ask sammy davis jr if he would prefer to have 2 good eyes.

If someone is happy to have these problem they should be shot and you all know it's true.
