Just to clear up something, freedom of speach means you can't be put in jail,etc. by the government for what you say. It also allows you to stand in public places and shout your mind, or push pamphlets, as long as you aren't violating other laws in the proccess. However, this does not extend to private property. An entity can sue you for your "freedom of speach" actions on their property. They can also choose to have you escorted off their property for any or no reason. Zelaron is the private property of Chruser.
As for any employment laws, those apply to positions that generate an income; all positions at Zelaron are unpaid.
All that said, we try keep the forums fairly open as far as topics of discussion, and try to always ban, staff, and de-staff based on clear reasons based on stated or obvious expectations. Perhaps this case wasn't so obvious, but as has been stated, it is an issue of image. You're still allowed to express your views in the flame forum without fear of serious retaliation. D3V was de-staffed for doing so outside the flame forum.
