Not the most glorifying post, but it tickled my interest in the slightest regards.

Aneurisms or Aneurysms

For some reason they are both acceptable and I've never really seen that before, nor realized why this is so... Doesn't make much sense to me.

Anyone have any idea why, or know any other words similar in fashion?
