If you're doing an RPG, why not make it one where everyone can make their own character? At my other forum, we had this gigantic, uber-detailed one that read like a story. Each member added a new chapter about their character like in a book and eventually they met up in parties. My character had a beginning profile 2-3 pages long It was amazingly well-writted, and the other characters were talented writers, making the story really enjoyabl....oh wait, now I see why it wouldn't work.
