I dated this weird girl in high school who felt that as long as her vagina was not penetrated in any way she was still "pure" and would go to her marriage bed a virgin. I had her in every way possible except the vagina. I felt that she was an idiot at the time but everyone hear has some valid points. I was getting blown long before I got laid and I still considered myself a virgin until that day. (January 30th 1983)
