AH I Figured it out now, the # of students that got an a = 3

Common demoninator for 3 4 6 8. The only common is less than 30 is 24, so you see "b" = 8 "b-" = 6 "c" = 4, failed = 3, all of these equal 21, and the 3 remaining got an A
