*shrug* Girls are retarded, honestly. And there are tons of them. I don't find any reason to chase after one unless you are hopelessly head over heels with them, which you shouldn't ever be if you haven't been in a relationship. I never ask someone out unless I know they like me already. That's about the extent of the advice I can offer off the top of my head.
