This can be interpreted two ways, one of which is against the rules here, and the other is not. If you burn them to make a copy, it's not illegal as long as the copy is purely for backup purposes and not to give to someone else. PSX games can be copied on a regular CD-R/RW drive while PS2 games require a DVD-R/RW drive. PSX games do not often have good, if any, copy protection so they should be cake. PS2 games, however, often have strong anti-piracy software and you would have to mod your PS2, voiding warranties, in order to play them. Xbox games can also be copied on a DVD-R/RW drive but you would also need to mod it in order to play them. Gamecube games are are a media format that is not available to the public bso you are out of luck in that respect. If you are wanting to burn a game from files on your computer, that is illegal, so you'll have to look elsewhere.
