check ur spelling but anyways heres a good sorc pvp build:
20 frozen orb
20 ice bolt
20 cold mastery
20 thunderstorm
1 energy shield
rest lightning mastery
strength: as much as u need for equipment
dex  epends if u want to block for my sorc 0
vitality: rest points
mana: 15
equipment:
hoto
coh
shako
maras
lidless
2xsoj
arach
soul spur
magefists/frostburns
