Im making a homo dueler just for shits and giggles. Max Holy Freeze/smite/holyshield/prayer then whats left in holy bolt. need the 120 ias for the Smite.

I don't care if this build works or not, i wanna try it as a team dueler, the holy freeze should piss people off enough
