No, it isn't. It's not the Gameboy DS, it's just the Nintendo DS. This handheld isn't
replacing the GBA, it will sell alongside it.
And that's not the official price. Walmart does this
every time a new piece of videogame hardware comes out and they
always get it wrong. Nintendo won't release it for more than $150. They
know the portable market, and as such, they'll cater to the desires of the public.

Pick up Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow or Metroid Zero Mission. Then you won't feel like the GBA is a waste.
