DO they never.

But, maybe they could use the HDD to there advantage. You know, make it so someone could make graphics on the computer and upload them to an account they can create when you buy the game(like special code you have to enter to create the account). Than only you can access your work. THan on the PS2, just download it onto the HDD to a folder labeled RPG Maker or something. That way you can do a lot more with it, or the game even include a editor for graphics and music and still implement the HDD.
