I always think clearly when I am reading for a long period of time. Getting lost in the scenarios. It relaxes me so incredibly much, and clears my head so I can think about my problems clearly.
Some people fish, some camp, some read, some take craps, some sex, some watch tv, some walk / workout, it just depends on you...
Go 4x4'ing or something.
