What the hell? WHat is the dosage per pill and what were the instructions on the bottle?

Only time I pill popped was with Ambien, and I had a smilar feeling. I took 30 mg's and waited. All I remember was turning my head 90 degrees and feeling like i was turning into a new dimension. The rest is a blank.

Dont pop pills :-\. If your going to only take the dosage prescribed.
