Don't swallow a bullet. There are much quicker ways to deliver a bullet than swallowing. I'd suggest using a gun directed at either your left or right temple. Make an effort to aim slightly towards the back of your head (maybe 5 degrees) so that you don't accidentally aim too far forward and end up blinding yourself.
