OK ....heres how you failed:

1) Asked her online
2) Asked her to her away msg
3)You ASKED her if she wanted to go out with you, this is the deal you don't EVER ask a girl to go out with you, you offer her a chance to spend time with you, ex: "Im going to xxx tonight, you should come"
4)You seemed weak and insecure in sending all those TXT msgs to her questioning her about it.
