Instead of just saying "Will you go out with me?" You should ask her out to do something fun, id est:

"Wanna go bowling with me on (insert date)?"
or
"I was planning on going to (where ever) on (whenever), wanna come?".

Hell, same thing works for dinner/movie date. "Wanna go watch (movie) with me on (day)? We could grab a bite before hand if that sounds cool."
