Sov...they have high res to hammers... it takes FOR EVER. I have a friend that can solo ubers with a lt smiter or a barb
for a lt smiter go for

exile
dracs
shako
coh
dwarf
wisp
gores
and such for charms they expensive so like life ones or res ones or life/res ones! 
and pal combats but ya...
