OK, what you need is a microphone that you can record your voice onto your computer with.The sound recorder should already be installed into your computer under the start menu (start/all programs/accessories/entertainment/sound recorder)
Once you have this, record your voice or whatever voice you whant.Then extract your voice in the right format for the rpgmaker you are using(.wave,.midi,Ect.)into your rpgmaker sounds file.Then upload it into your rpgmaker.If this does not work(wich it should)Talk to blue cube.
