I don't think all the people who watched Passion of The Christ were bitching about subtitles.
Then again... Most of the people knew the damn story... Ya know... It being Christ and all...

If I start watching an anime dubbed I usually cant stand subtitles. Same the other way around. But I prefer Subtitles.
