(Note that this specific sister of mine just got married and is completely straight edge, so this was an odd scenario.) When awoke this morning I felt like I had a horrible hangover...

So my question... Since I definitely didn't get the chance to drink last night, why the fuck did I have a "hangover" this morning? Has this happened to anyone else?

I have, but thats because my roomates were drinking and i was smelling the alcohol the entire night. It was more of the sick feeling without being sick. My friends have tricked some people before by giving them non alcoholic beer and the person seems to get drunk all the time. So i guess its all a mental thing.
