Do you honestly think he'd serve 15 years? I don't know if he deserves to serve 15 years since I'm not a legal specialist. Personally, I'd like to see him serve a year or two at least to perhaps teach him not to stand on peoples' heads when they're unconcious. Racism or not, that's fucked up and I can very easily see why he got attempted murder.

He has a past history of breaking laws though ...that's one of the things going against him they were talking about on CNN. If this was his first offense he might be alright, but establishing a pattern of criminal behavior will get you fucked.
