I remember seeing a show called 'Juvies' where this one guy took 18, broke into some guy's house, tried to carry off the TV, and ended up landing on the porch with it in a drugged up mess. The guy was sitting in a holding cell, and kept on saying that he was so fucked up and it was the worst place to be fucked up.
