I concur, sometimes I feel the need to use all caps to express my rage and/or extensive skills in capitalization.

Also, it's just kind of annoying when I try to post a random-ass comment (being spam or not) in all caps and it won't let me >.>

for example:

LIES! ALL LIES!

I just can't do it




........Maybe restrict only repeat-offenders to no-all-caps
