I feel i have enough with what i have and i never needed a gym to get such...Just taht Rugby, Capoeira, Kempo, Snowboard, jogging & other sports i used to practice build em 4 me....So i have my muscles quite defined...
PS: 1st Most girls i've know thinks that such a hughe amount of muscles as that guy have are nasty.
2nd Most of teh hormones & steroids body builders use to get those muscles cause sexual impotency & other things....
