I worked (still work? Maybe) at Best Buy. Customer service. They're really hardcore about trying to get you to sell dumb attachments (service plans, etc) because it's where they get most of their margin. My bosses were never too terrible about hassling me on this, so I just sold the bare minimum not to get fired. Customers are quite stupid and irritating, although as customer service I at least had the power to fuck them over when I pleased.
