Unauthorized spamming is not illegal, until the person has legally signed a form not to accept the spam, which will be sent to all the spammers. That doesn't usually happen, so no spammers have nothing to fear.

Wait a moment, seems like SOMEONE completely missed the point with spam. Spam is massively sent unwanted ads. "Spamming" a forum with links isn't actually classed as spam, legally. In short, they can't do anything as long as our stuff isn't harmful. If they would attempt to report us, they're doing it wrong, and can get sued for lots of different reasons.
