The boucing cow speaks the truth. I only ban for serious offences - most of the time I'll just give a warning, and for first offences I just point out what was done wrong.

!K_A! only bans the odd person straight away. WW bans people straight off for serious things, and Chruser... well, pretty much the same, I'd guess.
