that jewel is more for like mf sorc, or sometime pk necro or trap asn. Cuz +skill to other class not as important as ED.

You people seriously haven't seen these out there ? I've seen tons of them in 4 x socketed storms and 4 x socketed bvalors, and yes sorcs usually use them.
