Sober and now regret

I just fucked my girlfriend for the first time with out condom... and I am paranoia as shit now, and I got skin rash after I woke up this morning make me more paranoid. high % of STD at college man... Here is what I am going to do: First as staight in the face of my girlfriend asking her do she have any STD, then go to health center and check my body out, third pray to god for the first time tonight.

Anyone have any suggestion?

Oh ya I am clean as fuck, she is the only girl I ever fuck... but I have found condom on her wallet, she told me she had like 3 ex boy friend... god dam it.
