whats the minimum dexterity needed for max block rate with a stormstorm shield? i kno it varies from character to character...

depends on clvl, every clvl it is required 2 dex to maintain a 75% block, also it various on the char depending on what the base dex is when the char is lvl 1
.....Broke the rubba, busted another all up in ya motha, so how u feel like havin another baby brotha? Wha? dont studda, ya pants hangin so low ya new baby brotha can be ya new lova!......

this is the formula used to figure out blocking % with a given amount of dexterity with a given amount of block % on shield

each characters block % number appears differently on the shield (some are same but ex: sorc is lower than paladin)

'Blocking'=the block % number on whatever shield you are using for your character

Total Blocking = (Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character
Level * 2)
