best lvl 30 char?

i am looking for a guide to make a lvl 30 char to use a bugged eye. because with a bugged eye i have 8.4 mil life. there are a few minor problems.
1 you have to have someon bo u if u arent a barb.
2 you have to stay below lvl 30 or 31 because every time u lvl u gain life and when u no longer have - life before bo u are totaly fucked.

Does bugged eye still work with BO or Oak Sage?
By the way...which realm is this on? hehe...

Some numbers for you.
At lv 30, You will have:
145 Stat pts + 15 from Quests = 160 Stat pts.
29 Skill pts + 12 from Quests = 41 Skill pts.

Starting Attributes (Str, Dex, Vita, Energy)
Amazon: 20, 25, 20, 15
Assassin: 20, 20, 20, 25
Barbarian: 30, 20, 25, 10
Druid: 15, 20, 25, 20
Necromancer: 15, 25, 15, 25
Paladin: 25, 20, 25, 15
Sorceress: 10, 25, 10, 35

I'm not sure who your opponent will be, but you would probably need ITD on your attack. (Or eth bugs)
Unless you're fighting players around the same level as you.

For Bow Amazon.
13 points in Guide Arrow: (3 pts in pre-req)
60% dmg bonus

20 points in Critical Strike:
68% chance of CS.

1 pt in Pierce: (1pt in pre-req)
23% chance to pierce

3 skill pts left.
Those points could go to:
Dodge/Evade/Avoid/MultiShot/Decoy (with 2 pre-req)

Equipment...
Helm: 3 socket Crown (55 str req) or Mask (23 str req) or Great Helm (63 Str req) with 20%ED/15max jewel
Or Face of Horror (lol) for +20 str.

Armor: 4 socket Gothic Plate (70 Str req) with 20%ed/15max jewel. Or:

You can get it up to 11fpa by Sigon's Boot + gloves + Goldwrap belt. 40% ias total.

Get some rings with dex...str...resist...low level req, lol.

CS is different from Barb/Sin's Mastery bug. CS has a different animation when it striked on something
At level 1 it's not as frequent...

i thought critical strike was bugged like the rest of the Mastery skills for 100% crit strike with only one skill in it..

for pvp i'd put a few points into fire arrow for the 50% fire transfer : )

Sooo the amazon will be using:

7x 20/15max = 140% ED, 105 Max outside weapon.

160 Stats point in total.
Gothic needs 95 str, 118 dex.
20 Strength + 10 Str (Sigon) + 65 pts = 95
25 Dex + 93 pts = 118

65+93 = 158 points. 2 pts left.
Put to dex for + dmg... 120 dex total.

For Bow:
Min Dmg = (Weapon Min Dmg + (+x Min Dmg)) * (1 + Dex + (+x% ED)/100)
Max Dmg = (Weapon Max Dmg + (+x Max Dmg)) * (1 + Dex + (+x% ED)/100)

Min dmg = (23+0)*(1+120+140ed+60ed(GA))= 73.8
Max dmg = (209+105)*(1+120+140ed+60ed(GA))= 1007.9

73 - 1007 dmg, 540 AVG, 68% CS.

If you load the inventory with 20x 6max/5 dex:
120 max, 100 dex.

Min dmg = (23+0)*(1+220+140ed+60ed(GA))= 96.8
Max dmg = (209+105+120)*(1+220+140ed+60ed(GA)) =
434* (4.21) = 1827.1

96 - 1827 dmg, 961.5 AVG, 68% CS.

I think that should be close enough.
(Now...where are you going to find the charms/jewels? hehe)

bug eye work, but if it can work alone they would be everywhere, and make sure you know how bug eye work first.....

Still the old BO/Oak and then Heal shrine business, isn't it?

use a classic bow

when i first played my amazon i had a rare shael'd 40% ias gothic bow with about 120%+ ed

did about 25-140 damage 40% ias lvl 28 req...

twitch throe is way better than 80/60, and also biggins bonnet is kind of low level : )

I'm not too sure how Bugged eye exactly work....so I didn't include any + life items (biggin's)...would +life mess things up? or is it +vita...?

this is on East. well +to life items do screw up the way the bugged eye works becuase when u acheive positive life it no longer works. this is the reason u can only use it until about lvl 30 something. because every time u lvl u gain life. and no you cant heal at shrine, akara, or full rejuvs. so the best strat i found is to use one small rejuv which take u to about 18k then u have to heal the rest with superhealing pots. at least that is how mine seems to work.
