Little Picture thing

How do i make it so that i can add a picture off to the side like everyone elses. you know that picture thing that is abouve your quote. notice how i dont have one. How do i go about adding a picture? any one that could tell me would be a great help.

Go to "user cp" from the button at the top left go to "edit profile" from there, then go to the Signature box and type in [img.]http://yourimagehere.com/yourimage.jpg[/img.]

Without the periods in the [img.] tags.

And if you want to add an avatar, the one above your username, you go to User CP, Edit Option, scroll to the bottom and upload one from your HD.
