Guardian (Webmaster) - Does ANYTHING. Only 1 webmaster.
Administrator - Can do anything the webmaster can, except edit files. Mainly there to help out the Webmaster. Limit of 2, or 3 if extremely needed.
( Merges/Hosts dont count in this, we currently have an admined host, he just fixes bugs, and if there were merges, this limit would be changed...)
Supreme Moderator - Moderates all forums, can do minor bans. Limit of 4 or 5.
Moderator - Moderates a specified forum(s). No more then 4 mods a forum.
User - Can post new threads, polls, reply to threads, and acess all user functions  . Limit - none, the more the better!
Btw "Advising Supreme Moderator" is basically the head of moderators, in line for admin.
