puzzles and blocks, oh my!

hey, uh......I have a boulder and a switch.....I want it to be able to press the switch and a ladder come down when you put the boulder on it....i have it so i can move the boulder, but i don't know how to make it go on the switch and make the ladder come down.... any help is appreciated thanks
