i dont know how many times i had a shotgun and shot a person right up close 2 times in a row and they didnt die ..... these shots where so dead on they should have been deaths .... i think tidus2005 was there one time when this had happen to me .....

Oh man I'm always complain about this, and people are just like shut up noob. Must be just a tiny glitch, I'm sure the sword does it at times too. Or what about when you slash at sum1 and they turn a corner or somthing in the snow lvl and you fly off the edge.
i have that happen alot ... i also had a problem with the sword on midship ... i charged and this guy was needleing me and i just stoped half way and i charged again and stoped again .....

Ya the charge -> stop -> charge is actually lag as far as I can figure. Think about how fast you are moving and how quickly that movement has to go to the server, and such. It does this when I lag, and it happens quite a bit to me in games. It will definitely happen if you are in the yellow and maybe happen if you are the low green. The only solution is not to sword charge.
The worst is when you charge, and you do an uppercut swing. There is a buzzing sound from when the sword hits things(no walls), and then the person just doesn't die.

yeah if u ask me the shotgun does suck... some people think its a key weapon on midship but it really isnt... i'd much rather have the 2 BR and the Sword and/or carbine... another overlooked thing on that lvl is the frag grenades... they rape cuz everyone is lookin for plasma nades
yeah it shoots fast enough that its very hard to snipe or zoom at all... i'd rather have a BR than a carbine though because carbines are hard to aim if u ask me and they become inaccurate over distance

Body shots are more effective then head shots with the Shotty, which doesn't make much sense.. Just get a mid-level shot then beat him down for a quick kill. That is a pretty effective combo with the Shotty that I've seen work.
yeah if u can get close its okay... the only place you can ever get close is in midship though... shotguns are ineffective everywhere else... except SOMETIMES zanzibar
Ya that's what he's saying genius, because in Objective games you can camp and wait around corners where the enemy must come. If you do that in a slayer game without a coordinated team then you are just going to sit there and watch the score and listen to the birds chirp, unless you find a nice spot, but even then it's not worth it kill-wise.
