Just something I did really quick today, I figured I'd show you guys, I found it to be quite interesting. Keep in mind I did this really quickly so it's not amazing statistics or anything, just a general idea.
By the way, I made this because my girlfriend was telling me that arby's is healthier than McDonalds. Her mom, who is a nurse, and is super health-conscious when it comes to food, even said she would eat an arby's sandwich and think it's healthy.
And contrary to what most people would think, it looks like eating at taco bell is healthier than any other fast food(I don't consider Subway fast food, just so you know.) Hell, you could get 2 tacos from Taco Bell and it would be almost the same as a cheeseburger from anywhere else.
However, I think it depends on what you get when you go to the fast food place as well. I mean if I'm going to McDonalds, I'm getting two double cheese burgers.
The only thing about this list that doesn't help is everything else on the menu. I mean sure a single cheeseburger and a regular Taco from taco bell is that a Chalupa is like 1300 calories, and a BigMac is around 600 etc, ... fast food is never going to be healthy...
I've never liked Arby's anyways..

Well yeah, but I had to compare what seemed the most comparable. I mean, Taco Bell's cheeseburger-like item is their taco, obviously. I could have compared like, a side salad from Wendy's to a nacho supreme meal from Taco Bell, but that wouldn't have really been a fair comparison.
I get the Chipotle BBQ Snack Wrap if I go to Mickey D's. If I had the chance I'd rub that sauce all over my body and run naked through the forest in broad daylight.
