Fallout 3 is a failure. The last post appeared on September 1, 2007. I have considered to make it a "Fallout Series" forum instead, but there just don't seem to be enough Fallout players here to merit its existence.

What should it be replaced with?

That's actually a good idea. I'm sure once SC2 hits shelves, most people here will be getting it and I'm sure it could attract new members.

I've been wanting SC2 for a while now. We could eventually setup up tournaments, post help-guides, offer advice to newbs, set up a guild/clan, interact and communicate through Zelaron.

When are they expecting to release it?

Still no ETA on it, and it's still listed as "under production" on the www.Blizzard.com main website if you look at 'Under Development' .. so who knows. I'm sure when E3 comes back around they will announce it there, or maybe even at their own little convention thing. I'd suspect by the end of this year, atleast.

A SC2 forum sounds good to me, but I don't think it will be all that active. At first, it will be, but even back when Starcraft was popular, the Starcraft forum was dead as hell.

Very true. I like the idea of it but I was thinking earlier it would be somewhat of a pain to keep active, but I'm sure if we could get a mini-community and new enthusiusts introduced to Zelaron then maybe, or atleast get members we have to grab SC2 and atleast try it out. I know for a fact I could get like 2-3 of my RL buddies to hop on here that I used to play SC with religiously.

Or a Zelaron SC2 clan. That would definitely bring in SC2 players.

I've run a ton of clans in my day, once I get SC2 I'd be willing to start a Zelaron clan.

I'm down, I remember us talking about this a while back. We just have to get back into the swing once the game comes out, and like I said i'm sure I can find a few more players that I know personally, that'd hop on and get down.

When does sc2 come out? Do you think it will be paid online or do you think Blizz will let us use our WoW accounts?

Conventional (free) Battle.net accounts would very likely be usable for playing StarCraft 2 online. MMO games are usually the only ones requiring players to pay monthly subscription fees, and the StarCraft / Diablo series (until date) aren't MMO's in the conventional sense. Not that they really consume significantly less bandwidth for the server owners...

Anyway, any other takers? If not, I'll set up the SC2 forum in circa 8 hours from now.

I can't really think of too much more that I'd want. And either way I'd like to get more gaming involved with Zelaron, considering that's how it started out.

Also, if you do make a starcraft forum you can merge those threads that have been made about it already into there, and i'm sure somebody (probably myself ..) will post screnshots/faq/ basically everything off of the Starcraft 2 website.
