Well if you think about it, it's no different than paying money for a movie, a new computer game, or for cable service etc. What do you have to show for it? Aren't you paying REAL money for IMAGINARY items? Do you have anything to show for the money you paid after the movie except the EXPERIENCE. That's why people pay REAL money for IMAGINARY items... for entertainment/experience. I can't blame them either. I have bought several games and gone to several movies that SUCKED and have paid REAL money. At least if I bought items for an existing game that I do enjoy such as DII I could guarantee that I would get enjoyment out of them. Thats why people buy stuff IMHO.
