Guy locks up game:

I'm willing to bet it's because you either:
a) Set the guy to Auto-Start and don't have a switch to set it to Action Key. The fix is to do just that - set a switch and a Page 2 to handle that switch.
b) The guy is trying to move where it can't. The fix is to click the "Ignore impossible movement" checkbox in the "Move Event" code option.

If any of these apply fix it yourself. If it doesn't, I can't help you without either screenshots of the code or you typing out the code. I can't fix what I can't see...

-----------

Fonts: This is a workaround, but you don't need to download anything.

Again, I'll answer this when I get the time (probably in about 6-8 hours.. busy day today, have to administer for 2 tests, and prepare for a speech tomorrow.. and class, of course...)

After looking at your code, I can see you've never programmed before.. but no worries, I redid the whole event for you. I figured that would take a bit less time than typing everything out, and I couldn't do screenshots without www.iownjoo.com being up. Also, now everything's automated. You may wish to fine-tune the timing.

Also, you only needed to send one lmu (#11). That's the weapon shop map.

NOTICE: I've used switches 48-49-50. If you have already used those, make sure to change the switches! Also, the event assumes you enter from the outside of the shop, so don't put your starting location in the training area, put it in the first map for testing.

Also, you'll lose the switch names - lmu's don't hold switch names. 48-49-50 will be blank for you. Name them SOMETHING so you won't accidently write over them later.
