ok so i mule myself by making a game with pass and exit game and come back as fast as i can and i also do manual mfing meph and i go from game to game fast. then after 20 or so games i get a ip ban or realm down. i just wanted to know if there is anyway to prevent that from happening.

Well you can just manuel MF meph, shenk, pindle, countess and andy. should take a bit longer per run so less RD.
