Lucid Dreaming

I found this rather interesting, I don't recall ever being able to control a dream before, but then again I don't remember 99% of my dreams anyway. I may try this out sometime in the near future.. and if I somehow get control then killing someone will be my first goal, since I won't go to jail

Me and Slaynish actually got into this a long time ago, I got pretty good at it. It's cool when you learn how to do it. You can do whatever the fuck you want in your dreams.

It's pretty damn annoying trying to do it though. Learning it is a bitch. The easiest way is to start a dream journal and start noticing patterns, then you notice them in your dreams and you realize it's a dream. Once you've realized it, you just have to learn how to control it.

Also, I figured out that if I took a nap during the day, I was much much more likely to have a lucid dream. Not sure why, but that's how it was.

Also, there had to be NO NOISE AT ALL in the background when I was sleeping. I used to sleep with my TV on, and I never could figure out how to have lucid dreams, then I decided to try without it on and it was much easier.

What about the ticking of Mr. Bastard Alarm Clock? Would that stop you having lucid dreams?

My clock didn't tick, it was a plug-in.

Well, say you had an alarm clock that wasn't battery/electricity powered, and ticked. Like a wall clock. Would that stop your lucid dreaming?

Almost any sort of noise messed me up. Even little things like my computer monitor being left on(even if my computer itself was off.) I found that I'd just unplug most of the things in my room when I wanted to attempt lucid dreams. Often times, the only thing with power in my room was my alarm clock, and I even turned it off sometimes. If I was just having a day nap, there was no need for it.
