So, who that has Wii has played the Zelda game?

I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, or because I've been corrupted by Halo and Halo 2, but the game is just lacking something? It's not a bad game, but I was anticipating SO MUCH MORE! Granted, I haven't had a lot of time to really sit down and play countless hours upon hours and really get enthrolled in the game, but the few hours that I did play, it didn't even make me want to get to that point...

Thoughts?

It's a good play, you have to sitdown and play it for a longer period of time from what i've heard, I've got a friend of mine that has it and i've played only like twice, seems nice enough though. Man, I really do wish that I had more money .. I'd have all 3 consoles and pretty much every game..

Its cool for the first 12 hours of the game... then it gets pretty old pretty quick after the magic of the wii wears off. I think the whole wolf part is annoying in itself... should just take out all of that...

Lol. It gets pretty old after 12 hours...

Wind Waker is kinda like that eh..?

Klo and I are thinking of getting a Wii. Personally I want Xbox but Wii has alot more of the fruity things she's into.(Mario Party ect.) So Zelda will be on my list.

Haven't checked into it deeply, but there should be another Metroid coming out for Wii. That would be worth checking out.

I really enjoy the Wii Sports that comes with the console. I figured that Zelda was a sure fire game, but it's so-so. Mario games would be fun, I'm sure. I checked out Mario Party 9, and that was fun, but it's all little kiddy games. Still makes you competitive, and it's pretty fun with a group of people. It's just not what I'm used to.

Wii is fun, but not my particular style of gaming.

I haven't played it drunk yet, but even sober, it was semi fun. I haven't played any of the other Mario Parties before this one, but it's not all THAT impressive or anything. It's pretty much like a glorified Zelaron Arcade, with the competitive edge to it.

Twilight Princess is alright. Everyone that had played the demo at E3 said it was AMAZING!!!!OMFG!!!! That got me all hyped up about it like it's more than a game, but it's not...it's just another zelda game...

I'm more excited about playing ssb brawl and mario galaxies.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=3o4Bp8n73ew Is that not amazing?

My brother just brought the Wii today and got the Zelda game. We both have been playing it for 11 hours straight and i actually am really enjoying it. It gets fustrating because alot is always going on and you get sidetracked alot when on missions, but overall is not all that bad. IT kinda reminds me of the Ocarina of time, just because you do see Zelda, Epona, etc. After we beat it, ill let you all know how it ends, that is, if you all want me too.

On a side note, Paper Mario is also kick ass

Too damn long... its like the never ending story.

I wish wii would come out with some cool new games.... after the awe of having a wii vanished I really haven't played it that much. I suppose I will continue patiently waiting for metroid...

To really enjoy it, I think you kinda have to sit there and take it in. I also agree, the beginning is kind of slow and boring, but it gets fun afterwards. The real fighting comes in when you get to the dungeons and such. That's when I think it gets fun.
There are 10 kind of people in the world. Those who know binary, and those who don't.
