I'd still consider it to be close, compared to some other European-American distances. It just depends on how you see things.

nah, not like it used to be.. sure theres a big gay neighborhood but thats only a small portion of the whole city, i mean what about the other neighborhoods? you know the lesbianhood the bisexualhood and the transvestitehood?
j/k theres some great places togo like the SONY METREON and Pier 39 and if you can handle the smell of fish China Town... those my 3 favorites

it is weird seeing such a small place like
vegas being on the same list of a more general area like South Polynesia that is more then 10,000 islands and even more cities/areas
or even South East Asia for that matter
