Hide Diablo 2 tab?

Is there a way to hid my D2 tab at the bottom of the screen, i want to keep my meph bot on all day, and my dam sister always takes it off when shes online, so i was wondering if i could hide the tab some how

Actually, i quickly made this little proggy that should solve the problem. Its untested, because its pretty much 2 lines of code. What it does is it will hide the diablo 2 window...there is a text file with instructions in the zip.

Uhhh just drag the taskbar so she cant get to it???

Downloaded the file, its virus free but i havnt got a chance to use it yet. If it doesnt work ill try the unplugged keyboard and mouse, lol. but know her she'll just restart the comp

Kind of assumed it's virus free considering it's coming from our trusted mod mantralord. I'll give it a try.

Yea i cant seem to get the file to work. when i put the exe file on my bot like you said, but i get an error when i go to run, also when i click the icon in my d2 folder nothing happens.

Piece of shit...i shouldve tested it first...oh well.

EDIT: I just tried it...it works perfectly... Are you installing it wrong or something? You gotta unzip it to the diablo 2 folder, in the same path as Diablo II.exe, then just make it run d2runner.exe instead.

Also i noticed that D2 fixes the hiding itself if you dont run it in a window...so to make it work add the paramter -w to it.

Thats exactly whats supposed to happen...d2 is running, but its hidden. A decent bot should still recognize it...if youre using the old Syadasti mephbot, dont. Get d2jsp, im almost sure it will work with it.

To close out D2, obviously just go into your task manager and kill Diablo II.exe

I got the program to work. Make sure you download it striaght to your diablo 2 folder, i made the mistake of downloading it to program files or something, then putting the shortcut to my diablo 2 file which didnt work. I set it up with my bot and the bot works fine, but the tab is still at the bottom of the screen. so its just like the d2runner, is another shortcut to regular diablo. tell me if im doing something wrong here

tried it, came home from school and the computer was off. no stopping her

i used to have to same problemwith my little brother , heres what i did...
1)create user accounts on the cpu , and pw protect mine
2)create a user account for everyone else , with a pw
3) run the bot on your account , log out

then she can still do what ever she has to do , your bot still runs , and she never knows , but i don't know how you could keep her form shutting down the computer though......heheh, maybe if you just smacked her a couple of times , told her to just stay off
