Resist

Yah and another thing whats a good way to raise resist? The 5 casters and healers work here?

Did you fix the energy field and stairs bug Raist? If you did can you unfix it? It'll make it less impossible to get to 90+.

well fire feild used to take u up to 50 now it takes u to 30 but what i recomend is get some mages and gettem to summon some deamons while ur on a bout and attack all of them. then get the mages or worriers to heal u while the deamons dump

resist here is way too hard to gain .. i have 4 chars with resist all stuck at 85-86 no matter what i do it wont raise, but hell it dont matter cuase resist does shit but block poisen anyways, we tested it :P

yeah, i just forgot about resist on my existing chars all together, really doesnt help to much neways. besides, everyone on this shard para ganks neways, and it dont help agains that at all....

Well my mage has 100 resist and it's incredibly overpowered... It's just not as easy anymore heh.

btw, does anyone else have 100 resist?

i got to 93 resist with nps at all...
I went to skull island and let my char stand between the reapers on west bank... that got me to 70ish.. i then did FS on myslef with healing skill on macro took me to 90s before i got low on FS regents ..i been working tamer since then because the lag and downtimes seemed to mess up macro timing but im sure it will gm with FS...

i have gm resist on my red mage, its OVERPOWERED? i get hit with 43 point explos :/ me and shawn dope tested it, out of 25 poisens i resisted 6, and damage reduction was negligable from 0

Yeah, I can second what Falx says about GM resist....I have GM resist on my red pk and anytime I get stuck in a para gank the only way to survive is to be an "In Mani Whore" in between the explosion/para's...I remember back on Siege where GM resist was actually useful *cough* hint *cough cough*...you know where an exp, ebolt did some damage but it wouldnt blow you out of the water coming from a newb with shit eval and high magery...Look at it this way guys...It's not his fault that some of the things about the shard are imbalanced...Although he may be able to script everything and change things, he does this in his free time because he knows there are old skool Siege players that wish it was still pre-pub16...Hell, I'll be happy if he just keeps the shard alive. He doesn't have to spend every waking hour changing every little thing just to get it identical to OSI...
Yes, resist is a little imbalanced...and being someone with GM resist you would think that I'd be a little irritated, but who cares all in all the only thing that matters is that we have fun :P
